USA Track & Field LEVEL 2 YOUTH SPECIALIZATION COACH. She has been coaching track and field for over 30 years, and SPECIALIZES in teaching hurdlers to 3 steps and increasing their speed to the first hurdle and accelerating to the last, exploding out of the starting blocks, as well as teaching steps between for the 100mH, 110mH, 200mH, 300mH and 400mH
Why Attend A RMFP HURDLE Camp?
Every athlete is looking forward to a successful season this year. Success in track is directly related to the type of preparation done before the season starts. This camp is being offered at a time when we think it could be very helpful to junior high and high school athletes as they prepare for the upcoming track season. This camp will offer advice and ideas for training as well as instruction and drill work on proper hurdle mechanics for long and short distances, from the starting blocks to covering the distances for your race.
We INVITE all athletes in Middle School 7th and 8th and High School 9th to 12th, who are interested in being Hurdlers, or just want to be BETTER at the 100m, 110m, 300m, and 400m hurdles
We are inviting all coaches who want to attend, not required, but you are encouraged to do the drills the athletes do. You must register and pay $150.00; you will also receive a shirt.
SCHEDULE of SESSIONS:
7th &8th grade GIRLS and BOYS at 9:00AM to 12:00PM
HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS at 12:30PM to 3:30PM
HIGH SCHOOL BOYS at 4:00PM to 7:00PM
3 HOURS SESSION AT $150.00 CAMP T SHIRT INCLUDED.
