TRACK CLUB PRACTICE For
(AGES 7 TO 18) 5:30pm to 7:00pm-Monday, Wednesday, Friday
starts November 5, 2013
The practices are designed to teach any athlete how to run correctly, using USATF LEVEL 2 YOUTH SPECIALIZATION DRILLS., designed to help you run faster, no matter if you are a sprinter, jumper, distance runner, football player, basketball, soccer, baseball. If you want to run FASTER, this is idea for you to get ready for spring track!! If you are interested in low impact, injury prevention, building muscles, more core power, flexibility and strength without lifting weights, think you want to learn hurdles, jumps, sprint or distance with speed this is what you are looking for!
If you are an Athlete in Elementry, middle school and high school, a beginner, intermediate or advanced, or just want to get in shape........ you will have FUN doing it!!
So, if you are between the ages of 7 to 18 years, COME OUT JOIN THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN FLYING PANTHERS TRACK CLUB! JOIN THE FUN!! JOIN THE TEAM!
Cost $350.00
Practice 3 days a week - MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY

1st ATHLETE $350.00
2nd ATHLETES in same family (or 3rd ATHLETES ) 190.00 each
Provides coaching and equipment.
If you are a parent who only wants your kid to have a few sessions, the cost per session is $60.00 for 1 1/2 hours.

The 1st session from Nov 05 to Jan 30 . Mon, Wed, Fri 5:30 to 7 pm, you can choose the days that best fit your schedule :)
2nd Sessions begins January 2nd to March 22, 2013
